  1. So all those people who thought Ed Stelmach was boring? Well, I don’t think 73 seats is boring. I mean, he did better than Ralph Klein’s last campaign 4 years ago! And he won back Ralph’s old seat! That’s gotta be tough for the Liberals. I’m surprised “Redmonton” went solidly for the PCs, though.

    Oh well, I know there’s another guy with glasses in Ottawa just itching for an election that his own party doesn’t want. Who knows, maybe he’ll do better, but unlike Stelmach, Stephane Dion’s english is a little harder to understand.

  2. it looked like you were trying the equivalent of turning idaho blue and i commend you for taking on such a challenge.  you fought the good fight and i hope you got a well-deserved sleep (and maybe a few beers – they like those in canada!) last night.

    mean jean won her primary – as did sekula gibbs.  the congressional matchups looked pretty good at the end of last night.
